Exhibition stands

The research fair runs alongside all three days of the 19th University of Lagos Annual Research Conference, on the concourse the delegates walk through between every session. Stands are open to firms, publishers, funders, university departments and student research teams.

Venue: Research Fair concourse, Jelili Omotola Halls. Stands are allocated in order of confirmed payment, and stand numbers are issued by the Secretariat two weeks before build up.

Stands are finite, so the counts below are live: a package that reads as fully booked has no space left, and the Secretariat keeps a waiting list. Pay online now, or ask for an invoice and your stand is held for fourteen days.

Payment by Remita

All conference payments go through Remita, on the University of Lagos payment portal. You generate a payment reference on the portal, pay it at any commercial bank, then come back here with the receipt.

Nothing is charged here. Your stand is held for fourteen days from the moment you apply, which is ample time to get a payment through a finance office.
